Passes and Gift Certificates, All in One Place

This page lists every pass and gift certificate we sell: what each one costs, exactly what is included, and the terms that come with it. Read the terms for passes and certificates below, and our full Terms and Conditions.

Every pass is issued under a pass number and every certificate under a certificate code, and the shop tracks the balance or the uses left under that number. Call 519-491-1946 any time to check yours.

November to February

Winter Salt Pass

One prepaid price covers one vehicle for the winter season, November through February, while the road salt is down.

Salt Pass Exterior: 3 Hand Washes

Three hand washes for one vehicle, valid November through February, at $120 for the season. The same three washes at the regular $50 price would be $150. Just pull in, no appointment needed. Reloadable by e-transfer or at the shop.

Salt Pass Interior: 3 Interior Cleanups

Three interior cleanups for one vehicle, valid November through February. Each cleanup shampoos the driver's side and cleans up the rest of the interior, where the winter salt and slush build up most. Reloadable by e-transfer or at the shop.

Wash Pass

Prepaid credit for washes and cleans, kept on one pass card number.

Wash Pass: $400 Credit

$400 in credit toward any wash or clean service, valid 12 months from the day you buy it. The Wash Pass is prepaid credit, sold and used at face value: services come off the balance at our regular prices. Show your pass number at the shop and we take the service off your balance. Reloadable by e-transfer or at the shop.

Any Amount

Gift Certificates

Good toward any package or service we offer, from a $50 hand wash to a full ceramic coating.

Gift certificates come in set amounts from $50 to $1,000, or any custom amount of $25 or more. Through November, set-amount gift certificates are 30% off by e-transfer or in the shop, and the certificate is issued for the amount paid: a $100 certificate costs you $70 until November 30. Certificates are delivered by email or text, with a code you can add to your phone wallet.

Payment

How Buying Works

Passes and certificates are sold by e-transfer or in the shop. Online card payments are coming soon: we are switching to a new payment provider. Until then, buying by e-transfer works like this:

Pick your pass, or your certificate amount, from the list above.
Send an Interac e-transfer to payments@blakesdetailing.ca for the price of the pass or the amount of the certificate. In November, set-amount gift certificates are 30% off by e-transfer: send 70% of the amount.
In the e-transfer message, name the pass you are buying, and include your name and your phone number or email so we can send your number or code.
As soon as your e-transfer lands, we email or text you your pass number or gift certificate code, with a wallet pass link where one applies.
Show the number at the shop and we apply it to your service.

Prefer to buy in person? Passes and certificates are also sold at the shop at 637 Lakeshore Rd, Sarnia. Call 519-491-1946 and we will set one aside.

The Fine Print

Terms for Passes and Certificates

Salt Passes and the Wash Pass are issued for one vehicle and one pass holder, and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or person.
Passes and certificates are sold at face value: the amount paid is the credit balance on the pass or certificate, and balances are applied to services at our regular prices.
Passes and certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with promotion codes unless we say otherwise.
Salt Pass uses are valid November through February and expire at the end of February. The Wash Pass balance is valid 12 months from purchase.
Passes can be reloaded by e-transfer or at the shop.
Treat your pass number or certificate code like cash: we cannot replace a lost number or code.
